Plainfield Poker

Our goal is to run an enjoyable game in a comfortable atmosphere for all of the players.  Occasionally some issues may come up during tournament and side game play and often time’s decisions have to be made that may not be favorable to all players.  As many of you are aware not all poker rooms have the same rules universally for tournament and side game play.  We attempt to keep the same type of basic rules that most of the poker rooms run in this area.  All disputes will be resolved by the tournament director and their decision is final.  Listed below are a few 'extra' rules that we have established due to the current tournament format that we are using.

Season Two Tournament Play

(for events #1-#25)

100 buy in for T4,000 in chips

5 dealer bonus for another T1,000 in chips

100 re-buy for another T5,000 in chips

40 add-on at the break for another T3,000 in chips

All blind levels will now be 15 minutes for the duration of the tournament.  Re-buy is only good if you are All-In and lose and are out of chips.  Re-buy's must be instant (no skipping hands).  Play will be stopped until the re-buy stack has chips and dealt action in the current hand.  Re-buys are in effect until the end of the first break only. 

Add-on are available to all players, these will be offered at the first break only.  5 of each add-on will be pulled for the MVR ALL-STAR FREEROLL (see the MVR page for more details).
