Just who is 'the best of the best'?......
Part of the new Plainfield Poker includes tracking how players do in the tournaments and using a point based system. At the end of the season (remember a season now consist of 25 tournaments) we will award a trophy to the player with the most overall points and they can then claim to be the MVR [Most Valuable Rounder]... at least until the next season.
In order to get a point you need to finish in the top three at one of the Plainfield Poker Season Tournaments. You get (1) point for a third place finish, (2) points for a second place finish, and (3) points for a first place finish. All tie-breakers go to the player with the most first place finishes during the season. The season is already off and running and the update points are below.
